Five Oaks offers a lifestyle seldom realized anywhere else. The community features relaxed, comfortable living in a well secured and well maintained setting.

Residential restrictions guarantee the peace and quiet one would expect from a community of this quality. All underground utilities, including water, sewer, natural gas, communications, and cable television, along with curbed streets and appropriately maintained green way spaces help insure the beauty and tranquility of the community and also encourage the appreciation of property values.
While particulars are important and contribute significantly to life within Five Oaks, there are also other consideration and amenities, such as the magnificent clubhouse facility, dining room, 18-hole championship golf course, tennis center, and club swimming pool.
The neighborhoods at Five Oaks Golf & Country Club are defined by a system of greenways, playing fields, parks, and squares, comprising approximately 800 acres in total. This open space system is shaped by the existing streams on the site and is gradated for different intensities of human use, from the mostly undisturbed nature corridor to the most urbanized town square. The road network also corresponds to the variations in the site’s topography.
Street intersections at Five Oaks meet at triangular greens or acute angles in order to avoid massive re-grading and the unnecessary removal of mature trees. Additional ‘pocket parks’ and open spaces are distributed throughout the plan, and bicycle and equestrian trails wind through the greenway.

Living on a Golf course just got better, here at Five Oaks, not only will your home back up to the fairways, greens and/or tee boxes, your home will become a part of this beautiful make up our designer had in mind. All of our Golf Course lots range in size from 3/4 acre to 1 acre. The make up is different on everyone offering gorgeous mature trees, views of the scenic ponds and other features.

These lots have so much to offer to everyone. For Golf Course lots the residence shall contain not less than 3,200 square feet of living space on a one-story residence, excluding porches garages patios and terraces. A two-story residence shall contain not less than 3,200 square feet with a minimum of 2,000 square feet on the ground floor excluding porches, garages, patios and terraces.
A housing alternative is a 56-unit complex called The Villas at Five Oaks. Each upscale unit features a European country cottage theme. “The Villas are situated between the 7th, 8th and 9th holes, and open up to great views of the small lake they sit on,” says Champ Webb, architectural designer.

Williamson CountyTN Communities

Franklin TN was founded October 26, 1799 and was named after Benjamin Franklin, a close friend of Dr. Hugh Williamson, a member of the Continental Congress for whom Williamson County was named.
For most of its first 180 years, Franklin was a tranquil, small county seat. In the years prior to the American Civil War, Williamson County was one of the wealthiest counties in Tennessee and Franklin was the center of plantation economy.
However, the Civil War devastated the economy. Union troops occupied the area for nearly three years. The Battle of Franklin was fought on November 30, 1864, costing more than 8,000 casualties and turning every home and building in town into a hospital, including the historic Carter House and The Carnton Plantation that have been preserved and can be visited today. It took 120 years for the county’s economy to reach pre-war levels.
For more than a century, Franklin seemed remote not only from Nashville, Tennessee, but from the rest of the world as well. Today, Franklin is one of the wealthiest cities in one of the wealthiest counties in the United States. Franklin has grown from a very small, agricultural community into a strong blend of residential, commercial and corporate citizens. Franklin is in the Williamson County School system, one of the highest ranked educational systems in the state. The Franklin area also provides a number of Private Schools.
Franklin is a unique blend of history and progress. Since our beginning in 1799, we have grown from a tiny, agricultural community into a strong blend of residential, commercial and corporate citizens. There is much to see and do in Franklin, from a Civil War battlefield, to a host of museums and antebellum mansions, to our thriving downtown shopping area and only minutes from the shopping Mecca of the Cool Springs Galleria.

If you are looking for a home for sale with a spectacular view of the surrounding area, then check out Lenox Park located in one of the most desirable sections of Willoughby Station.
The community of Willoughby Station, one of the first planned unit developments in Mount Juliet, TN began with the purchase, by Phillips Builders, of approximately forty acres from the three members of the Willoughby family, Charles, William and David in 1988. The initial purchase began the first phase of development of the community, which will eventually encompass approximately three hundred acres and approximately seven hundred and fifty homes. It was felt that an Australian theme would be appropriate for the community, given the Willoughby name, therefore, many of the streets in the development were named for some part of Australia.

The initial amenity area for the community, which consisted of a swimming pool, baby pool, pool house, a basketball court and two tennis courts was constructed during the early stages of the development. A second, junior Olympic size pool was added in 1998, shortly thereafter, the Willoughby Waves, the community youth swim team was formed.

As a planned unit development, Willoughby Station is governed by a set of covenants, restrictions and by-laws that were filed prior to the start of sale of homes in the community.
Each year, at the annual meeting of the homeowners association, at least two homeowners are elected to the board of directors for the community. The board of directors is the policy making body for the Willoughby Station community. The management company carries out the policies of the board for the community.
